As requested, I frapped myself training at the Peak of a Big Nest in Leafre. Note that I was using the trial version of fraps, so approximately every 30 seconds or so you'll see a jump in animation. I tried to minimalize the amount of time in between jumps. Most jumps have no more than one second of footage removed, but there are one or two instances with around 3 seconds removed. I have factored this in in my estimate at the end (to calculate a more appropriate %/hr). Nonetheless I believe my true rate was even greater than the 4.3m exp/hr I measured; somewhere aroudn 4.4-4.5m exp/hr because of the lag fraps created. It's amazing how much pot cost you can save by going a bit slower. When I rushed through, I measured ~4.8-5m exp/hr, but I also burned ~500 Ginsengs per hour. Not worth it in my opinion.
